1300Hotels Booking Conditions

  • 1300Hotels (1300 Hotels Pty Ltd ACN 111 634 425) offers accommodation from inventory managed by accommodation providers (Hotel/Hotels) across Australia. As a condition of participation, the Hotels accept full responsibility for the availability of their rooms on this website.
  • All rates provided are in Australian dollars ($AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stipulated by the Hotel.
  • 1300Hotels makes its best efforts to ensure that the information available on its website is accurate. However, 1300Hotels cannot and does not guarantee that the site is free from errors or faults.
  • 1300Hotels sells hotel accommodation from an inventory supplied by each Hotel, and does not over-sell that inventory. 1300Hotels does not accept any liability for unavailability of rooms caused by the Hotel over-selling the Hotel''s own room inventory.
  • Bookings may be made both over the web via www.1300hotels.com or by ringing 1300 hotels (1300 468357). Whilst every effort is made to ensure your requested room type is available, we cannot guarantee the actual bedding configuration of the room. These requests are forwarded to the Hotel and are subject to availability on the day of check-in. All additional requests (smoking room, etc) are also subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed by 1300Hotels.
  • Agency. 1300Hotels acts as an agent between the Hotel and the customer. The contract formed when a booking is made is a contract directly between the Hotel and the customer and 1300Hotels is not a party to, or liable under, that contract.
  • Email Address. The customer must submit a valid email address on the Reservation Form. All care must be taken by the customer to ensure that the information provided in the Reservation Form is correct. It is the customer''s responsibility to advise 1300Hotels of any incorrect information submitted in the Reservation Form or any other correspondence. 1300Hotels takes no responsibility for any incorrect information submitted.
  • Credit Card Information. The customer must submit a valid credit card when completing the credit card form. All care must be taken by the customer to ensure that the information provided in the credit card form is correct. 1300Hotels takes no responsibility for any incorrect information submitted. Please note that if you provide an American Express credit card for payment of your booking, the transaction may be charged in a different currency to the one in which your booking rates were quoted. The cost of your booking is converted using our bank''s exchange rates on the day of the transaction. If the customer wishes to change the credit card after it has been charged, it will be treated as an amendment, and a corresponding amendment fee will apply. Due to processing requirements, refunds may take up to 10 days to appear on your statement. This may vary, depending on your bank/financial institution. By making a booking the customer authorises 1300Hotels to pass on credit card details of the customer to the hotel if requested. The customer may be required to provide a credit card at Hotel check-in to cover incidental charges and may be asked to present a photo ID. Any taxes not included in the published rates are payable to the Hotel directly.
  • Cancellations. Cancellation conditions will apply after the booking voucher has been issued. The amount of the cancellation fee will depend upon the notice given before the check-in date. Cancellation fees are as follows: For bookings that are cancelled not less than 48 hours before the check in date, a fee of $25.00AUD will apply. For bookings that are cancelled less than 48 hours before the check in date or if the customer fails to arrive at the Hotel, a cancellation fee equal to 1 (ONE) night''s accommodation cost OR the fee applicable under the Hotel’s individual cancellation policy, whichever is the greater, will apply. Please note - when a booking is cancelled, the booking fee is not refunded. 1300Hotels reserves the right to charge the customer’s credit card for any cancellation fees due and payable. Cancellation fees will be due and payable at the time of cance llation, or on the day of check-in if the customer has failed to arrive.
  • All cancellations must be made IN WRITING to 1300Hotels on fax: 08 8239 0284.
    1300Hotels requires at least 3 (THREE) of the following to process a cancellation: A Cancellation must be confirmed back to the customer by one of our consultants. If confirmation of the cancellation has not been received within 24 hours of submission of the cancellation, it means that the submission has not been received and should be re-submitted.

  3. Email Address used in the booking
  4. Name and Surname used in the booking
  • All cancellations must be made IN WRITING to 1300Hotels on fax: 08 8239 0284.
  • 1300Hotels requires at least 3 (THREE) of the following to process a cancellation: A Cancellation must be confirmed back to the customer by one of our consultants. If confirmation of the cancellation has not been received within 24 hours of submission of the cancellation, it means that the submission has not been received and should be re-submitted.
  • Amendments. If a booking is amended, the following amendment fees will apply:
  1. When a booking is amended not less than 48 hours before the check in date, a fee of $25.00 will apply.
  2. When a booking is amended less than 48 hours before the check in date or if the customer fails to arrive at the Hotel, an amendment fee equal to 1 (ONE) night''s accommodation cost OR the fee applicable under the Hotel’s individual amendment policy, whichever is the greater, will apply.
  • 1300Hotels reserves the right to charge the customer’s credit card for any amendment fees due and payable. Amendment fees will be due and payable at the time of making the amendment.
    Customers may increase the length of their stay or the number of rooms booked without incurring an amendment fee by booking the extra nights/rooms online as a new booking.
    Changing a booking from one Hotel to another Hotel will be considered a cancellation of an existing booking, and a Cancellation Fee will apply.
  • Important Note - If another transaction must be made to a credit card due to an amendment, we will convert the charge/fee to the selected currency.
  • If the customer wishes 1300Hotels to correspond with an email address that is not the one used in the original booking the customer should advise 1300Hotels of the new email address at the time of requesting the amendment.
  • Disclaimer. 1300Hotels makes its best efforts to ensure that all the information that appears on its website is accurate. However, 1300Hotels does not accept liability for any errors and/or omissions and reserves the right to change the information published at any time and without notice. The service provided by 1300Hotels may be lost due to power failure or internet service outages. 1300Hotels will make all reasonable efforts to prevent this loss of service but is not liable for the same.1300Hotels does not accept responsibility for Hotel facilities which are temporarily unavailable, are under renovation or not suited to individual tastes and preferences. Redecoration and maintenance of the Hotel and may take place without prior warning. 1300Hotels does not accept responsibility for any loss to the customer caused by the Hotel.
  • Complaints. 1300Hotels is a customer focussed organisation. However, it is acknowledged that from time to time problems can occur. In the case of complaints, in the first instance, it is important that the customer contacts 1300Hotels so that 1300Hotels has the chance to rectify the situation as quickly and efficiently as possible. All complaints must be submitted to and signed by the hotel manager. If a customer fails to follow this procedure this may hinder the ability of 1300Hotels to rectify the complaint and reduce or extinguish any claim the customer may have.   • Governing Law. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of South Australia. Any court proceedings relating to these terms and conditions and the 1300Hotels service are within the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
  • Changes. 1300Hotels is at liberty to change these terms and conditions at any time and from time to time.
  • No Warranties. 1300Hotels does not warrant that the 1300Hotels website will be free from viruses or errors or that access to the 1300Hotels website will be uninterrupted. All material contained in the 1300Hotels website is without warranties (express or implied) other than warranties which by law are incapable of exclusion.
