- How does 1300hotels work?
1300Hotels offers accommodation from inventory managed by accommodation providers across Australia. As a condition of participation, the properties accept full responsibility for the availability of their rooms on this website.
- What if I have paid for the booking and then want to make a date change or any other amendment?
Contact us as soon as possible. If you wish to amend your booking, an amendment fee will apply as follows: When a booking is amended more than 48 hours prior to the check in date, a fee of $25.00 will apply. When a booking is amended 48 hours prior to check in date or less, or if you failed to arrive at your hotel, an amendment fee equal to 1 (ONE) night’s accommodation cost will apply or the hotel’s individual cancellation policy – whichever is the greater. - Are the booking and the rate guaranteed?
Yes. All bookings are taken from room inventory provided and updated by the accommodation providers. The booking is confirmed with the property the moment your reservation is processed. 1300Hotels sells hotel accommodation from an inventory supplied by each hotel, and does not over-sell that inventory. 1300Hotels does not accept any liability for unavailability of rooms caused by the hotel over-selling the hotel’s own room inventory.
- What is included in the rate?
To find out what is included in your rate, please move your mouse over the rate to see all inclusions provided (breakfast, newspaper, parking etc). The rate inclusions are provided by the hotel and are detailed on the website.
- Is it safe to use my credit card on 1300Hotels and will my personal details remain safe?
Your credit card details are protected while being transmitted over the Internet by the use of SSL encryption methods. Credit card details are only used to pay for accommodation booked through our service. These details are stored securely at all times, are not used for any other purpose and will never be provided to any unauthorised third parties. - I don’t have a credit card, can I pay cash on arrival?
You do need to pay for your accommodation in full when you book your accommodation online. Once you have made your booking, an email will automatically be sent to you and the hotel. This email contains your booking confirmation and tax invoice. Print out a copy and present it to the hotel when you check-in.
- What is the cost of car parking at the hotel?
All the information that is available to us about facilities at the hotel is displayed on the website. For information not already stated on our website regarding room facilities or hotel facilities, please contact the hotel directly.
- How do I find directions to the hotel?
The location information of the hotel is listed on the hotel details page.
- Can I request a specific bedding configuration?
Whilst every effort is made to ensure your requested room type is available, we cannot guarantee the actual bedding configuration of the room. These requests are forwarded to the hotel and are subject to availability on the day of check-in. All additional requests (smoking room, etc) are also subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed by1300Hotels.

- What if I need to cancel my booking?
Cancellation conditions apply after your booking voucher has been issued. The cancellation fee will depend upon the notice given before the check-in date.
